hello! happy halloween. exciting news. julia from rennes handmade is hosting a giveaway on her blog for the compass necklace. this necklace from my current line utilizes julias's leather scraps from her beautiful collection of bags. it feels so wonderful to use things from a designer whose work i admire. i don't need an entire leather hide for the small pieces that i require for jewelry making. i think it feels like a win win for both of us. she knows these scraps are being put to use and i get to experiment w/ a new material.head on over to julia's blog for the giveaway! it'll be up for a week. good luck!
